January 31 -   Waiting List fee of $100.00 due for current year’s event

February  -    Waiting List draw

March 31 -    Early Bird Draw – Contestant paying in full by this date are eligible to be in the draw for $1000.00

June 30  -     Final payment due for all contestants -  $600.00 must be paid in full by this date.
